END TIMES OUTFITTER — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy: Final Sale & No Returns

Due to the small-batch nature of our gear, the inclusion of sharp outdoor tools, and the flammable nature of our combustion aids, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, changed mind, or general dissatisfaction once an order has shipped.

2. Strict Pre-Use Safety Opt-Out (Unopened Products Only)

In accordance with our product warning labels, if a Purchaser or Recipient does not agree to the Terms of Sale, Product Warnings, or Safety Instructions enclosed with Fierce Fire, Tinder Torch, or any End Times Outfitter tool or kit:

• Unopened Requirement: You may return the product ONLY if it remains 100% unopened in its original, sealed product packaging.

• Binding Acceptance Upon Opening: Opening the product container, breaking any package seals, or accessing the contents inside constitutes immediate, irrevocable agreement to all Terms of Sale, Safety Instructions, and Limitations of Liability. Opened products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Return Window & Process: You must contact customer support within 7 days of delivery at EndTimesOutfitter@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unopened returns received without prior authorization will be refused.

• Return Shipping & Restocking: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and safe packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the factory seal and unopened condition are inspected and verified upon arrival.

3. Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives physically damaged by the shipping carrier:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged, unopened packaging and shipping box.

• Verified carrier-damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our sole discretion.
